he collaboration that binds our agency to Banca delle Terre Venete – Gruppo BCC Iccrea has been consolidated and strengthened over the years. On Saturday, May 4, 2024, we coordinated the Extraordinary Meeting and Members’ Party, the latter also dedicated to the families and employees of this reality so important and rooted in our territory. A project that we developed in synergy over several months, adapting and managing it in many aspects. The day began with the annual meeting, held in the Palladio Theater and adjacent rooms of the Vicenza Convention Centre: more than 1,789 members present, in person and by proxy, attended the presentation of the results and approved the 2023 Budget. Afterwards, the event then moved to Hall 7, where our staff welcomed more than 2,700 people for the social lunch. In the hall, customized for the occasion, several areas were set up and structured, including one dedicated to children and a photo booth, which made the atmosphere even more convivial. A joyful lunch for families, young people and all members, culminated with a live show: a real concert with lights, ledwalls and a stage structured to welcome theorchestra and the entire dance troupe.
